"Be prepared for slow support"
Just a heads up for anyone considering them: my experience with customer service was really frustrating. I had to wait ages to get a reply, and when I followed up, it felt like I was being ignored. If you need quick help or clear communication, I’d be cautious

"Pretty confusing communication :/"
I had a tough time getting clear answers from originalmagicart.store. The replies were really short and didn’t explain much about what was happening with my order. I ended up asking the same thing more than once and still felt kind of unsure about everything. Not the best experience for me :(

For a while there, I thought my order had vanished into the great unknown. Shipping took longer than I expected, and I was definitely getting impatient. But in the end, it finally showed up, and everything was there, so the drama ended on a good note

They do have some nice artists on there and I found a couple I liked, but I was kind of expecting more variety, so while it wasn’t a bad experience and there were definitely a few good options to check out, the overall selection just felt a little smaller than what I had in mind.

"Wish I’d Had a Smoother Refund Experience"
I ended up having to return my order, and I kind of regret not checking the return process more carefully beforehand. Support did get back to me, but every reply took a few days, so I was left waiting around without really knowing what was going on. The refund did come through in the end, which I appreciated, but the updates could’ve been quicker and clearer. It wasn’t a horrible experience, just not one I’d be eager to go through again.

The art is decent overall, like it looks nice at a glance, but some of the little details felt kinda rough to me. It’s not bad or anything, I just thought the quality would be a bit better

The packaging was just okay. I kind of had a feeling it wouldn’t be super sturdy, and seeing it in person pretty much confirmed that. The item made it through, but I do think it could’ve been packed a bit more safely.

The sleeve was ripped when it arrived, and the card had a big crease in it. I was really disappointed with the condition, and it felt like my concern was just brushed off when I brought it up. Not happy with this at all.

I ordered because the site said the item was in stock, but then later I got a message saying it wasn’t actually available. i was already feeling mentally drained that day, so having to deal with that was just frustrating.
I could’ve bought it somewhere else if the stock info had been accurate. I don’t mind waiting a little, but showing something as available when it isn’t just wastes people’s time.

"The payment page just didn’t feel right"
I was about to place my order, but then the payment page came up and... I don’t know, it just looked kind of sketchy. My browser even gave me a warning, which pretty much made the decision for me. I stopped right there. I’m not putting my card info somewhere that doesn’t feel safe.

"Used to be quicker, but the order was okay"
I ordered from originalmagicart.store and the checkout was easy enough. I didn’t run into any problems, and the confirmation email came through right away, so that part was fine.
Shipping was slower than I expected, though. I feel like this kind of thing used to move a bit faster, so I found myself checking the tracking more than I normally would. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying.

The item showed up in good shape and looked decent, but overall the experience felt average. It wasn’t bad, just not as smooth as I remember online orders being before. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry
